Sponsoring a student is easy.
1st Step. Select a student.
You will find all the available students on the Students Available to Sponsor page.
On this page, you can see pictures and read the stories of students that are available to sponsor.

Step 2. Set up your sponsorship.
It is easy to set up your monthly sponsorship donation online.
Go to the donations page and fill it out.
In “Donation Amount” put in $150.00.
In “Frequency” there are two options:
I want to make a one-time donation
I want to make a recurring donation every month
Click on “I want to make a recurring donation every month“.
In “Program Designation”, select Sponsor a Child.
If you have chosen a student to sponsor:
In “Dedication” click on “on behalf of” and put the name of the student you wish to sponsor.
If you want us to choose, write in “you choose”.
Or you can return our sponsor form with a check for the yearly total to:

Your child sponsorship donation to L.E.A.D Uganda is tax-deductible in the United States. The Stephen Shames Foundation (doing business as L.E.A.D Uganda) is a tax-exempt 501c3 nonprofit organization. If your circumstances change you can discontinue your child sponsorship at any time.
